شب بعد، سندباد باربر به خانهٔ سندباد آمد تا قصهٔ سفر پنجم را بشنود. سندباد قصه‌اش را شروع کرد؛ بعد از سفر چهارم، مدتی در خوشی و زندگی کرده بود.
The next night, Sinbad the Porter came to Sinbad the Sailor’s house to hear the story of the fifth voyage. Sinbad the Sailor began his tale: after his fourth voyage, he had lived in happiness and peace for a while.
اما طولی نکشید که دوباره سفر در دلش افتاد.
But it wasn't long before the longing for travel entered his heart again.
